A little princess, the daughter of a very busy queen, falls ill. "In order to cure the princess", says the royal doctor, "you must simply listen to her." The princess asks for the moon. Who will listen and bring the princess the moon that she so desires? A story, a storyteller and a large book create a flat world made of paper on stage. Opening the book, the storyteller uses its pages in various ways to illustrate and to form all the elements of the story; the characters, places and clothing.
