Based on The Ugly Duckling by Hans Christian Anderson

It’s summer. Mother duck is watching her eggs hatch. A strange looking duckling comes out of one: he doesn’t quack like a duck, he doesn’t move like a duck and he certainly doesn’t look like a duck. The stork remarks, “He’s not a duck!”.

So who and what is he? Just an ugly duckling?
How will he manage to overcome all of the hurdles placed in his way, and discover who he really is? Can he find his true self, and make his dreams come true?

A story told through puppetry wherein the world was created as a cone. All the animals, mountains and trees are derived from cone shapes, and together they create a rich environment through their interactions. Told through imaginative play with shapes.
